Sex prescription for All
Prescription 1: Sex after marriage!
Q. My husband and I had an arranged marriage. We both have different personalities. I am trying to sort out the differences but I am still not comfortable with him. We have not yet started to have sex. I feel that we should be comfortable with each other and become friends first. Am I doing the right thing? Sometimes I feel guilty because my husband is not getting what he should get. But he hasn't complained to me as yet. Can we wait atleast until we become good friends? Is it wrong?
A. It is ok to believe that one has to be friendly and close to each other before having sex. But how long one can wait would depend on the other party, as there is no medically or socially prescribed norm for this purpose. However, legally speaking marriage has to be consummated within three nights of cohabitation otherwise the other party can ask for divorce on the basis of failure of sexual function - impotence in man and frigidity in woman. You should talk to your husband and find out his opinion about it and also decide how long you can dodge proper sex life.
Sex advice 2: Will swallowing Semen affect Baby?
Question. I am a 24-year-old married woman. My husband and I had unprotected sex in December and then again last month. Last Sunday at my office party I had a little too much to drink and thereafter had protected sex with my boss. Though I have got my period, I fear if I could still be pregnant. In case I am, will this episode affect my baby since I swallowed the semen of my boss?
Answer. If you have got your period you cannot be pregnant. The semen, if swallowed, is not going to affect you or your baby. However, I suggest you reassess your lifestyle.
Sex advice 3: Having phone sex with girlfriend.
Question. I have been in a long-distance relationship for the past one year. My girlfriend and I often discuss over the phone, in great detail, exactly how we will have sex. During these conversations, I often ejaculate while she says she feels relaxed. We have these discussions at least twice a week. Will this lead to any health problems? Does "relaxed" mean that she reached an orgasm? Will frequent ejaculation affect my future sex life?
Answer. Foreplay with seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting or touching can lead to an orgasm. You may continue as this will not lead to any health problems nor will ejaculation adversely affect your future sex life.
Sex advice 4: Girl planning to have sex for the first times.
Question. I am a virgin girl and have been planning to have sex and I have heard from my friends that the first time is painful for a woman and I could bleed. Is this true? Also, is a condom necessary for the first time?
Answer. Firstly, think about the consequences for the future. Yes there can be pain when the hymen splits. This is more easily done with the finger than the penis. The pain varies from person to person but is bearable. A condom is necessary at all times as you can get pregnant on the first occasion even if he discharges around the vagina and not inside it.
Sex advice 5: Woman masturbating by keeping pillow under vaginal area.
Question. I am a 28-year-old single woman. I have never had sex. Since the last six to seven years I have been masturbating by keeping a pillow under my vaginal area. Is that fine?
Answer. It is a safe way to avoid a pregnancy and be sexually satisfied as well. It is a common practice. Relax and enjoy!
Sex advice 6: What exactly is Orgasm?
Question. Does a woman experience orgasm only after she loses her virginity? What exactly is orgasm?
Answer. A woman loses virginity when she indulges in sexual intercourse. That doesn’t happen in case of masturbation. Usually while fantasising, the woman touches the erotic parts of the body, such as the nipples and strokes her vulva, which stimulates her clitoris.
The rising sexual pleasure ends with her body getting tense and the pulse rate and breathing becoming rapid. It ends with intense relaxation. As marriage age gets delayed, many women are satisfying their sexual urge via masturbation which is a safe and harmless activity. If you want to keep the hymen intact, avoid inserting an object in the vagina.
Prescription 7: Penis not responding to stimulation
Question. I am a 28-year-old man. I am unable to get excited during sex and because of this, I am not getting a proper erection. My penis does not respond to stimulation. What should I do? Can you recommend any pills?
Answer. Visit a sexpert, who is a good qualified doctor to learn the reason behind your problem. Before the visit, get a blood sugar test after fasting and another one two hours after eating.
Prescription 8: Do girls change shape after losing virginity?
Question. I am a 23 years old guy. I had sex with my girlfriend some days ago. She is now worried that her family and friends might notice that she has lost her virginity. Her friend says that after losing virginity, a woman’s thighs don't touch each other, her hips widen and her breasts turn bigger, tell-all signs that she is no longer a virgin. I have heard some girls gain weight after losing their virginity. Is that true? Please help.
Answer. Going by your description, most women in the world would be fat, bow-legged and walk with a sway. There is no physical change, but guilt or fear can cause a problem. Continue loving her without any hang ups.
Prescription 9: Scared of STD infection after unsafe Sex.
Question. I am a 32-year-old woman. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on the second day of my periods. I am scared that I might catch an STD infection. What do I do? I will be getting married soon. I don’t want my fiance to find out or else he will be extremely disappointed. What do I do? Please help.
Answer. Why is it that people don’t "look before they leap"? What has happened is a matter of past. Keep it to yourself. Consult a doctor, preferably a gynaecologist who will advise certain tests and where they can be conducted. Next time you have sex make sure your partner is using a condom.
Prescription 10: Woman confused about her Sexuality.
Question. I am a 24-year-old woman. I am confused about my sexuality. I have been intimate with a few men in the past, but didn't enjoy the act. I feel more attracted to women. However, haven't been in a relationship with any. I don't have the guts to ask a woman out. However, I enjoy when men flirt with me. Please help.
Answer. You could fall into the bisexual slot. You will have to make up your mind as to what will satisfy you more and keep you secure in your future.
Prescription 11: Sex with a 12 years old Girl.
Q. I am a 25-year-old unmarried guy and working abroad. I am staying with a family who has a 12-year-old daughter. She is quite well-built and sexy, and every time I see her, I feel like having sex with her. Her parents are out for work all day and return only at night. She remains alone at home after coming back from school. She also gives positive signals to me. I am sure she will easily oblige to have sex with me if I ask, but I fear asking her. It seems she also loves me. Will it be a problem for me if I have sex with her.
A. (sex with a child) is a crime and punishment is harsh considering its heinous nature. Pedophilia does not go undetected. You touch the girl and she is going to report to her parents. You should stop watching the child of 12 and get a girl friend befitting your age. The twelve years old girl is not giving you positive signals. It is your sex-obsessed mind interpreting her innocent gestures as sexual. Sex with a minor is considered rape and hence a punishable offence even if the girl has consented to it.
Prescription 12: Immoral Sex act.
Q. Seven years ago I started to have sex with my cousin who was married and having three daughters. The eldest daughter is 18 years old. Later on, in another four years time, I started having sex with her elder daughter too and worse, after another two years, I made them have lesbian sex i.e. mother and daughter. Right now we three have sex most of the times. I want to get out of this mess as I am feeling guilty. Please help.
Editors Note: I really haven't come across a more bizarre scenario than this. What do you think guys? Please suggest him a way out. I am out of my mind after reading this!
Prescription 13: Sexual fantasies
Q. My husband and I have been married for four years. During sex, my husband fantasies me having sex with somebody and our talks also moves that way. He likes to be humiliated in our virtual sex fantasies. Is my husband normal or is he having some problem?
A. Fantasy is perfectly OK as long as it remains a fantasy and does not merge with reality. If your husband feels pleasure in being humiliated its fine but what would happen when you actually lose respect for him in real life because of this shortcoming of his.
Prescription 14: Delayed ejaculation.
Q. I am 23-year-old guy and I am 6 feet tall. I work out in the gym almost everyday. My problem is that whenever I have sex with a girl, I take too long to cum which I feel is what most girls want anyway. But sometimes, even the girl is not able to take it when its gets too long. And when the girl masturbates me, I take a lot of time to cum and that too after a lot of effort from my side. Is everything fine with me? Is my gym work affecting my sex life in any way?
A. Exercise is definitely not the reason for your delayed ejaculation. It can be due to any medical problem or side effect of some medicines you might be taking. Please consult a qualified doctor for proper diagnosis.
Prescription 15: Secret affair of Wife
Q. I am a middle-aged man in my 40s and I have lived most of my life in foreign countries and could give very little time for my wife. I have had relations with different girls from time to time but I haven't informed my wife about them. Now I am planning to settle down in
A. For you, it’s like building up the relationship with your wife from scratch and there is no way it will survive if the starting point is suspicion. Your suspicions are based on your own example i.e. exemplary history of licentious behavior. Do you really believe that all others are as undisciplined as you are? Let the past be buried - whatever it was for both of you and give your best to your married life, a chance with love, care and trust at least from your side.
Prescription 16: Unsuccessful intercourse after marriage.
Q. I am 24-years-old and have been married for two-and-a-half years but I am still a virgin. The problem is that my husband and I have been unsuccessful in performing intercourse. Please help.
A. Your husband and you, both should consult a sex specialist to diagnosis this problem of unsuccessful intercourse. The solution, if any, can only follow after the problem is figured out.
Prescription 17: Does smoking affect Sex life?
Q. I had sex with a lady a few days ago and while inserting my cock into her, I ejaculated. I am a smoker, is that affecting my sex life. Will I be able to make my wife happy in the future? Please help.
A. Well friend, smoking causes male sexual impotence. Smoking increases the risk of erectile dysfunction by around 50 percent for men in their 30s and 40s. Diabetes, high cholesterol levels and drugs used to treat high blood pressure are also important risk factors. During an erection, large quantities of blood flow, under pressure, into the penile arteries. This causes the veins which drain the penis to become compressed, so preventing the immediate outflow of blood. This process is significantly impaired by smoking. The damage caused by smoking to male sexual health also includes:
Reduced volume of ejaculate, Lowered sperm count, Abnormal sperm shape, Impaired sperm motility.
So don't let your sex life go up in a smoke, if you know what I mean. Take care my friend and think about quitting smoking.
Prescription 18: Sex with various object.
Q. I am a 34-year-old married woman. My husband works outside the country and he comes home only once in a year. I started masturbating using some objects like thick candles, cucumber, sometime plane sticks, hard fingering and whatever possible on the advice of my friend. And at times I get pretty wild and do very fast in and out with these objects. I want to know whether this is harmful or not and whether this will affect my chances of having children as I don't children right now. And also, whether this could damage the ovary or ovum. As of now, I don't feel any pain or unusual sensation during the process.
A. The objects you are using directly won't harm the ovaries or ova. Some of the objects you are using may carry harmful bacteria and their frequent use may lead to pelvic infection which can lead to pain, yellowish bad smelling vaginal discharge, menstrual problems and might also make conception difficult. Sex with objects is discouraged precisely for this purpose that can it renders women infertile. Whoever suggested it to you did not do it in good faith.
Prescription 19: Husband very selfish in bed.
Question. I got married recently and I find my husband to be very selfish in bed. He makes me do everything to satisfy him but does not think about my satisfaction. He never performs oral sex on me, even if I keep the area clean. I love him and don’t want to force him to do anything. Please help me.
Answer. He may be wrongly thinking that the area is dirty. You can tell him that experts have found the area to be very hygienic, almost sterile. In fact, swabs from the mouth had more germs than the vaginal area. Beyond that, I hope he understands that marriage is about equal partnership.
Prescription 20: How do we know that we are pregnant?
Q. How do we understand that we are pregnant?
A. I have mentioned a few steps below:
Step One
Calculate when your period is due. If you have a regular cycle and you keep track of it, a late period is one of the earliest signs of pregnancy.
Step Two
Notice any other changes in your body. Are you extremely sleepy? Are your breasts tender? Are you moody? Though sometimes subtle, these changes can be clear indicators.
Step Three
Buy a home pregnancy test at a pharmacy or grocery store, or online. Choose one with two tests per box so you can double-check your results.
Step Four
Test after you miss a period, or 14 days after you think you conceived.
Step Five
Read and follow the test instructions carefully. Some tell you to urinate in a cup; others say to urinate right on the test stick.
Step Six
If the test is positive, make an appointment with your doctor to confirm with other tests and a physical exam.
Step Seven
Retest after a few days if the test is negative and you still suspect that you're pregnant. Do the test first thing in the morning, when hormone concentrations are highest. Home tests claim to be 97 percent accurate. When there are mistakes, they're usually false negatives; false positives are very rare.
Prescription 21: Husband always wants wife on top.
Q. My husband always likes me on top, which I also enjoy. Are both of us normal?
A. Of course you are normal. Both of you are perfectly normal. Come off this old idea of sex where you have to be only in certain boring positions. That's so uninspiring! Sex is to be enjoyed to the fullest and variety brings on a lot more fun. I mean, how long can you do it one on one, horizontally? There are so many other positions that bring on waves of ecstasy... Ok. Well maybe not waves of ecstasy... but it certainly is a high to try out new things. A really big high. I'll tell you what. Get yourself a book on sexual positions and try them out. You are ready to experiment, aren't you?
Prescription 22: How to know if girl is really a virgin?
Q. How do I come to know if my girl is really a virgin?
A. So what if she is not a virgin? What then? Why do you want to know if she is a virgin? If she is not then, does it make you feel disgusted? Listen sweetheart, just ask her. There is probably no 100% for sure way for you to tell. Many women who have never had vaginal intercourse will not have an intact hymen, the traditional sign of virginity. The hymen can be broken in many ways beside intercourse. Your best way of telling if she is a virgin is to ask her. Just be honest with each other. Now, answer my question: Are you a virgin? Ponder over it.
Prescription 23: It is OK to lick girls Vagina?
Q. I love to lick my girlfriends vagina and boobs. Is it okay to lick the vagina?
A. Though it is fine to have oral sex with your partner, you have to know that it carries a theoretical risk on HIV transmission for the insertive partner i.e. the person who is licking or sucking the vaginal area (you my love) because infected vaginal fluids and blood can get into the mouth. This includes, but is not limited to, menstrual blood. Likewise, there is a theoretical risk of HIV transmission during oral sex for the receptive partner i.e. the person who is having her vagina licked or sucked, if infected blood from oral sores or bleeding gums comes in contact with vulva or vaginal cuts or sores. The risk of HIV transmission during oral sex is low compared to vaginal and anal sex. However, there have been cases of HIV transmission and STDs resulting from oral-vaginal sex.
Prescription 24: I-Pill gaining popularity with youth
Now that Navratri festivals will start from today onwards, we would like to advice young horny guys and gals to practice safe sex. It is a single tablet available for Rs 75, over the counter, at any chemist. I-pill, the newest addition to contraceptive options has been attracting quick consumers, mostly the youth.Chemists say that usually condom sales go up during Navratri as blind dating is on a rise at the community dandy. This year, they expect the I-pill to do well.
Alka Kumar, a consulting gynecologist at Gurunanak hospital in Bandra, says, “This product is a boon for married women not planning to conceive. But it may be misused by the youth especially during Navratri when unmarried pregnancies go up.”
Prescription 25: Unsafe homosexual sex encouter.
Q. I am a 32-year-old and married man. I had a homosexual encounter with a friend about 15 days back. I allowed him to masturbate me with his hands and he also put my penis in his mouth for some time but I ejaculated in his hands only. I did not touch his penis nor did oral. Is there any change of me having AIDS, in case he is infected? I am enjoying normal sexual relationship with my wife. As I am told that tests have to be carried out after 3 months only and I do not have valid reason not to have sex with my wife, I am asking this question. Please advise.
A. The blood test for HIV becomes positive only after 3 months of having picked up the infection but the chances of infecting the other partner start from day one of acquiring the infection in any unprotected sexual encounter. Since you had no idea about your partner's HIV status while indulging in oral sex with him, it is best advised to go only for condom-protected sex with your wife. You must get yourself tested after the mandatory 3 months period of the homosexual encounter to know about your own HIV status.
Prescription 26: Addicted to porn movies.
Q. I am addicted to watching porn. Does watching porn affect the health of a man? I watch adult movies all the time when I am free. Please guide me on how to get rid of this habit.
A. Watching porn movies, medically speaking, is totally harmless. They don't have any illeffect on the physical health of a person. Watching porn movies is just like masturbation, a kind of self-simulation. They are great for wasting time, which could be put to some constructive use for personal growth and development. But once in a while, there is no harm.
Prescription 27: Is it necessary to bleed during sex for the first time?
Q. My name is Nisha and I am from Pakistan. I am 22 yrs old. My problem is that I had a boy friend with whom I was really sincere and he was also sincere to me. I met him at University campus in Islamabad. One day we went to his friends apartment where we were all alone and we started kissing and soon he opened my legs and started pushing his penis inside. I was feeling immense pain and was enjoying it too at the same time but after we had finished it, he told me that I was not a virgin because I didn't bleed. I swore to him and told him that it was my first time but he did not believe me and left me. It's been six months now and he has not spoken to me. I want to ask whether it is necessary for a girl to bleed when she has sex for the first time?
A. Hi Nisha, thanks for writing in and trusting us with your personal problem. Coming to your question, no, you don't have to bleed when you have sex for the first time. If you had enough lubrication due to foreplay (in your case, kissing) then it's not necessary that you bleed. And it's also possible that your hymen got broken due to cycling, swimming or any other such physical activity. Hope this helps and you get back your boyfriend.
Prescription 28: Too week sexually.
Q. I am a 30-year-old man and will be getting married soon. My problem is that I am sexually very weak. I had started masturbating at the age of 14 and I got addicted to it. So much so that, I started masturbating day and night. Now, I doubt if I could ever have an intercourse as I get erection, but it releases in no time. I want to have a happily married life. Please guide me.
A. Medically speaking masturbation is harmless but it is the worry about it that causes the problem you have described. First of all, you have to stop worrying about masturbating. It is also a good idea to abstain from this habit, as it will help reduce the stress you are undergoing. You can also see a doctor and discuss your problem as well as life style for relief.
Prescription 29: Too much sex in married life !
Q. My wife and I have been married for nine years and have three kids. As time has passed, our sex life has become better but less in frequency. I have always found my wife sexy and I just can't have enough of her. But she thinks I focus too much on sex. Now, I feel like having sex everynight and feel inadequate in the absence of it. Please advice.
A. There does not seem to be a crisis in your sex life. The sex needs of the husband and wife can differ at different stages in life and adjustments have to be made to overcome this problem. There are ways and ways to feel self-reliant, adequate and develop a positive image of one self apart from a daily dose of sex.
Prescription 30: Save honemoon from wifes periods!
Q. I would be getting married next month and my wife would be in periods around that time. I had a talk with her and she said her bleeding lasts for 4 days, which means that our honeymoon is a spoilt affair. I don't want to miss my once in a lifetime opportunity nor do I want my wife to take contraceptive pills to artificially delay the onset of the menstrual cycle. Is there a natural way to delay the periods (by special diet or something). Please advice.
A. The only way to alter the menstrual rhythm is by taking oral contraceptives. The oral contraceptives are harmless and offer maximum protection against unwanted pregnancies. Diets etc. are of no use for altering the timing of menstrual bleeding. Sexual intercourse is not prohibited during menstrual period. It is part of the safe period for prevention of pregnancy as during bleeding stage of the menstrual cycle, there is absolutely no chance of pregnancy to occur.
Prescription 31: Breasts are too small.
Q. I am a 20-year-old girl. My problem is my thin frame. My breast size is quite small as compared to my friends of the same age group. Can you tell me some simple ways to increase the size of my breasts? Please help.
A. The size of the breasts like the size of any other body part varies from person to person. There is nothing specific to increase the breast size. Medicines, special diets or special exercises are of no help. I would suggest you to eat healthy food, do regular exercise, gain some weight and that way the size of the breasts might increase and you may become a buxom beauty.
Prescription 32: In Love with Mamis sister.
Q. I am in my mid-twenties. I have fallen in love with a girl who is the sister of my maternal aunt's (mami) sister. She also feels the same way. We now want to get married. I just wanted to ask if it's ok according to law and Indian society. A. It is OK to get married to the daughter of sister of your maternal aunt i.e. your ‘Mami’. She is not related to you by blood, so there is no incest involved here. Both society and law are on your side.
Prescription 33: Increased Sex urge.
Q. I am a 45-year-old man and am married for the past 14 years leading a healthy and sexual life. My wife is 39-year-old. I have recently experienced a strange development in my sex urge. My sexual desire has suddenly shot up and now I desire sex almost daily and sometimes even two times a day. My erection has also improved tremendously as the sex is lasting for 30 minutes and sometimes even more than 45 minutes especially when I am doing it for second time the same day. This has scared my wife who is really bothered and concerned about this behaviour. She tries to escape and find some excuse or the other. She even told me to marry another woman because she cannot cope with it. I am really confused. I try to stay cool but my urge is making me crazy and this is leading to some serious fights between me and my wife. I dont know what to do. Please help me out.
A. There is only one medical condition, which causes an increase in sexual urge and that is ‘Mania’. Other symptoms required to diagnose this condition are: sleeplessness without feeling sleep deprived, increase in self-confidence and energy level in general. Most patients of this illness talk fast and loud, are irritable, on the go, irresponsible and can become aggressive as well. Just one symptom of increased sexual desire is not enough to warrant to for a diagnosis. Increased sexual desire in the absence of altered behaviour in any way is very normal and it might last for a short period and revert back to normal due to exigencies of life.
Prescription 34: Boyfriend concerned about Penis size.
Q. My boyfriend thinks his penis is too small even though it satisfies me just fine. How big should a guy's doing be?
A. Hey, guys, you didn't say how big that little guy was, but penis size is a common concern of males. Almost all of us fall into one of three ranges--soft, hard, and "wish that we had a 10-inch dong even though it would scare most women away." And since the woman's G-spot is only about 2 inches deep, even a penis shorter than average can satisfy a woman just fine.
Prescription 35: Two types of Female Orgasms.
Q. What are the two types of orgasms that women experience and what is the difference?
A. Some describe the two types as vaginal and clitoral. The most common, which is often referred to as clitoral, also involves the vagina as clitoral stimulation also produces contractions of the pubococcygeal (PC) muscle that supports the pelvic floor. It is in this area where the vaginal contractions are felt. And then there's the G-spot and uterine. G-spot stimulation results in orgasmic contractions around the uterus, which is several inches above the pelvic floor. Some women are able to have a blended orgasm where they experience contractions in both areas at once.
Prescription 36: Multiorgasmic Male.
Q. My girlfriend and I seem to be somewhat backward when it comes to our sex lives. In bed I become insatiable and want to go again and again. My girlfriend, on the other hand, is satisfied after a single time and doesn't like to prolong things. Should I try to insist on more tenderness, or is that just asking for trouble.
A. It seems to me you pretty much answered your own question there, Trying to change your girlfriend's sexual appetites is likely to be an exercise in futility that just ends up putting unnecessary stress on the relationship. While it's true that many women are multiorgasmic, this by no means applies to all of them. And, while many men take 20 minutes or more tobecome fully erect after climax, it's also true that some of them can get aroused again almost immediately. Try having your girlfriend masturbate you prior to penetration or, if she's not into foreplay, then be prepared to masturbate yourself. While this might not be the ideal solution you were hoping for, keep in mind that you already have an active sex life and all it really needs is some fine-tuning.
Prescription 37: Caught Masturbating red-handed.
Q. I caught my boyfriend masturbating in the shower. I felt threatened by this as I thought we had a good sex life and didn't know how to handle it. What should I have done?
A. Dear, just wrap your hand around that big boy and stroke! Kidding aside, masturbation is normal in fact most males practice it as routinely as brushing their teeth and a good finger romp is almost as common among females. You need not feel threatened for a bit of "dancing with Rosie" is certainly not the same as him screwing some other girl. You say that you have a great sex life, why not show each other how you like to masturbate and use it as part of foreplay or instead of regular intercourse.
Prescription 38: Irregular Menstruation.
Q. I am 26 yrs old and have irregular menstruation from a long time. I am undergoing medication. Currently I am on Triquilar. I took this medicine for about 6 months and my periods was regular. I stopped it for a month to check the cycle and I skipped my periods. I have started taking the medicines again. I work in an IT industry and unmarried. I have undergone scanning and my reports are normal. Should I continue this medication? Often I see white discharges when I urinate? Is this normal?
A. You should do a hormone check to make sure there is no problem.
If you have always been getting irregular periods, then it may be a good idea to take cyclical pills for about a year at a time. If there is infrequent white discharge without any burning or itching you can neglect it for a moment.
Prescription 39: Bleeding within Condom.
Q. A friend of mine called me and was pretty scared. He had just had sex with his girlfriend, and instead of the condom being filled with cum, it was blood red, and looked like blood. I obviously know thats not normal. If u could please email me back with a possible answer, it would greatly be appreciated.
A. He needs immediate urological investigation to rule out tearing of foreskin, frenulum, or urinary tract trauma and the like. All can be treated without difficulty. Ask him to see a Urologist.
prescription 40: Not yet experinced in Orgasm.
Q. I am a 16-year-old girl and I just lost my virginity. My boyfriend and I have done the act several times but it seems I still haven't experienced orgasm. He seems to be doing his job well but I am not feeling the results. Although I am repulsively stimulated. Is something wrong with me?
A. The experience of orgasm in perfectly healthy women – its frequency and quality - is not same as that in men. It is not uncommon for women to not experience it at certain phases in life. There is nothing to blame yourself or your sexuality. Relax; let life take its course, as there is plenty of time for the orgasms to happen.
Prescription 41: Unprotected Sex.
Q. My cousin is married for almost 20 years. His wife is 40-41 years old. She is blessed with extremely good looks. She is buxom and nicely built. Her smile can ignite any man. Lately, she has put on some weight, but still manages to look awesome. Of late, she has started wearing provocative dresses. Recently, when I visited her place, she made a clear sexual advance to me. I was wearing a kurta with my chest open and she was in her night dress. To my astonishment, she grabbed my penis in my pyjama and shook it vigorously till I came in her hands. She then gave me a shower. She then took me to her room and forced me into unprotected sex. She and her husband are otherwise healthy, so I don't see a risk of any STD, but still I would prefer to get a check-up done. Please suggest the tests.
A. You just have to walk in any well-equipped pathology laboratory and ask for blood tests for sexually transmitted diseases including HIV. No questions are going to be asked and there is nothing to feel embarrassed.
Prescription 42: What are vaginal infection?
Q. What are the vaginal infections one could contract without actual penetration? (helped masturbation by inserting the finger) I have never had penetrative sex. I am experiencing a discharge whose colour ranges from liquid yellow to curd like white with a strongly offensive odour. I am currently on an fungicidal antibiotic..will this help? I also experiece a mild discomfort in the pelvic region on the right side...can u help me with answers? Is it serious? What is BV? I am to be married in 3 months.
A. Vaginal infections are very common. It could be fungal infections, bacterial vaginosis (BV) or mixed infections. It is preferable to take a combination pack of oral tablets which will take care of all these infections. It will be better to show a gynaecologist to check the nature of the infection. Also, routine sonography of the pelvis may be a good idea.
Prescription 43: Hiding previous pregnancy/aboration
Q. Is there a way to hide previous pregnancy/abortion from your gynaec through a PEP test, please reply soon.
A. Any pregnancy or abortion will result in vaginal dilation and tearing of the Hymen. This is usually obvious to the gynaecologist and no test can hide it.
Prescription 44: Problem while masturbating.
Q. I am a 16-year-old girl. A few months ago, I used to masturbate with an object shaped like an erect penis (including penetration). After continuing the same thing over a period of time, I started to have problem in my vagina. Apart from having this horrible pain. I stopped doing that kind of masturbation. I was embarrassed and I also knew that it was very wrong. There is no problem as of now, but it might originate when I get married and have sex, since the problem occurred due to penetration. I can't even speak to anybody about it. Please help.
A. You can cross the bridge only when it comes. You can always consult a gynecologist in case there is a recurrence of the problem after sexual intercourse. Any way pelvic infections are common with masturbation especially when indulged in with the help of penetrative objects.
prescription 45: Is Female Eaculation and Squirting Urine?
Q. When I'm masturbating and I supposedly ejaculate, 'it' comes out in large amounts. Really it's a pain to clean up. And it's yellowish! It has the taste and smell of a salty pretzel. My questions are, how much fluid is supposed to come out of a woman's body when she ejaculates, and is this fluid supposed to look like urine???? And am I urinating, or is this female ejaculation?!?! Thanks.
A. During female ejaculation there will always be a trace amount of urine in it. This is because the urethra, which is where the ejaculate comes out, is also used for urination. Also, when muscles are contracting down there, other fluids can be expelled as well.
Prescription 46: Prepare for First time Sex.
Q. OK. I am a virgin and I want to prepare for my first time. I have tried different female masturbation techniques to try to stretch myself out because the guy I'm dating right now is really special to me and I love him a lot. I think we might have sex. I don't want to have to tell him to stop because of pain. Is there anything particular you suggest? And also, this may seem dumb, but how do I know when I'm having an orgasm? Thanks.
A. You are no more clueless than EVERYBODY is their first time. The most important issue is that you are afraid to tell him if something hurts. That's just plain silly. Even experienced lovers find sex uncomfortable sometimes. You can be with the same partner for years and yet sometimes it will just hurt due to a bad angle, lack of lubrication, UTI, sore muscles, rushing into it, tilted cervix, a rash, razor burn, lying on a hard surface, knees on a hard surface, pinched skin, sensitive nipples ... ok, you get the idea.
Prescription 47: No orgasm during Sex.
Q. I am an 18 year old lady who can't orgasm during sex... should I try different positions?
A. Since you currently can't orgasm during sex, you should try different everything. Experimentation is the only way you will find what works for you. Keep in mind though that most women don't orgasm just from intercourse alone. It may take clitoral stimulation from oral sex, fingers, a vibrator, etc.
Don't stress too much about orgasm. Focus on the pleasure and it will come much easier than if you are "trying" to orgasm as a goal in itself.
Prescription 48: Difference beween love and like.
Q. Am I in love? How do you know when you've crossed the boundary between liking and loving someone? What is the difference
A.Love is like the answer to a riddle. Other answers may seem good or clever, but only this one answer is perfect. Love is like the right job. The job inspires you and feels like play. You crave the work, you are passionate about it. It lifts you up and drives you to new levels.
Prescription 49: First timers have trouble with Sex.
Q. My wife and I are having sex trouble. We are both first-timers; even though we are both 30. For the last month or so we have been trying to "get it in." It's erect, it does go off when manually stimulated BUT it just doesn't go in. It feels hard enough to squeeze in. I know where I'm headed for. And she's pretty lubricated from foreplay. What do you think the problem is? It may sound stupid, but could she be too small? Or when they say "rock" hard do they really mean it?
A. Perhaps your wife is plenty lubricated. Then again, perhaps she's not. If it's your first time then it may turn out that you guys are mistaken as to how much lubrication you will need. So the first thing to try is an artificial lubricant, such as saliva, baby oil, or I would also recommend a water-based lubricant.
Also, try warming the area up with your fingers. The vagina sometimes or often need a little warm up before a penis can enter them. Even women who have had many partners and are very sexual can have a vagina that needs prep work (the least appealing phrase I've ever used to describe foreplay). Take your time and work your way up from one finger to two fingers and possibly three fingers before you enter her. Finally, nothing will make a woman's vagina more difficult to enter than fear and anxiety. If it's your first time she may be more nervous then she lets on. Good communication in your relationship and sexual activities will be the most important thing for the two of you to make sure you have. You must talk about all of this to get through your sex trouble.
Prescription 50: Female fantasies.
Q. I have a question about female fantasies. I've always had fantasies. During intercourse, I fantasize about sex with other men. When I masturbate I fantasize about experimenting with other girls. Is this normal? Should I tell my boyfriend of 2 years? It would turn me on to tell him, but I'm afraid he'll get the idea that it opens doors to having sex with other people. We only have sex with each other, but I'm still afraid. What should I do? I don't want a sexual relationship with anyone else, I just love the forbidden fantasies.
A. It is very common for women to have male and female fantasies during sex and masturbation. Fantasies enhance sexual pleasure and as long as you don't make fantasies really happen, no one gets hurt. For example, having sex with other people is a common fantasy, but going out and actually doing it can seriously damage or ruin relationships.
Tell him how much it would turn you on to share your fantasies with him, and be clear if you don't want to actually make fantasies into real events. Ask if he'd like to hear your fantasies (I bet he would love it), and once you two know that you're thinking along the same lines, then go have some fun together.
Prescription 51: Pregnancy risk after dry Sex.
Q. Hi, I was looking for a response about pregnancy risk. Me and my "girlfriend" were fooling around and had dry sex and I ejaculated. We both had pants and underpants on and I was wondering if it was possible for my semen to make its way through four layers of clothing to get inside her and cause pregnancy? I'm really paranoid about it ... give me some good news. Thanks.
A. Any time your semen comes into contact with you partner's vagina, there's a chance for pregnancy and/or sexually transmitted diseases. The question then becomes, did your semen come into contact with her vagina? More than likely four layers of clothing is a pretty decent barrier and there should be nothing to worry about. Again, there are no guarantees, but from what you described, you are probably ok when it comes to pregnancy risk.
Prescription 52: Masturbation during Pregnancy.
Q. Is pregnancy masturbation safe? What happens if a woman does masturbate during her pregnancy? Is it dangerous? I am 8 months pregnant and I only masturbated about 6 times throughout my pregnancy.
A. If your doctor tells you that you have a low risk pregnancy then go for it.
If he or she has told you that you are a higher risk for premature labor, incompetent cervix, multiple gestations, placenta previa, or simply labeled your pregnancy as "high risk" then they might recommend "pelvic rest" to reduce the chance of premature labor. If this is the case you'll have to ask your doctor about exactly what is or is not okay.

Sex Prescription Part One
Sex Advice for All
ROMANTIC SEX ADVICE
Are you frustrated that your relationship doesn’t have the magic and romance that it once had? Feel like you're stuck in a rut and always doing the same things?
You’re not alone. You're A hot guys. After dating someone for a long time, it's easy to slip into a stable and comfortable routine. However, you often lose the spark that made your relationship so special in the first place. Not to worry, here are three simple, fun and creative ways Relationship advice to reignite that magic:
1. Give them a unique gift
Name a Star after your partner. A number of astronomical agencies allow individuals to name stars and you receive formal documentation identifying the star that you have named. Or how about this: Give your partner a magic gift box, and every month place a new small gift in the box for your beloved to discover.
2. Say "I love you" in a unique way
Take a book that your partner is reading and, using a pencil, underline letters in a section of the book she has yet to read to spell out a secret message of "I love you" or an entire love letter. Doing it just like this. Or for something really unique: You can buy special plants that grow and after 14 days display a message of your choice on the leaf. Cool or what!
3. Start going on dates again
One thing that separates couples with 'out of this world' relationships, is they never stop doing new, fun and exciting things with their partner. In other words, they never stop dating and neither should you.
Spend the day doing fun things: go to the carnival, the beach, have a water fight, stare at the clouds on a grassy hill, go on a picnic, walk in the rain without raincoats and umbrellas, dress up in funny costumes and hit the town. Or how about this: Pick your partner up for a date and blindfold her before driving to a special destination. Try to make the destination something really unexpected like a table set up at the top of a cliff or a dinner on a boat or old-fashioned ship. It needs to be something that will have an impact when she removes the blindfold.
Believe me when I say that NOTHING can rekindle the love, passion and excitement in your relationship more than going on fun and creative dates together.
